PUBLIC COMMENT AT BOARD MEETINGS: 

• Public Comment is accepted in-person at Regular Board Meetings. Please sign up at the beginning of the meeting and you will have exactly three minutes for your comment at the end of the meeting.

• Public Comments can be given virtually at Regular Board Meetings (also 3 minutes).  Email Kelly Douglas Douglask@wlwv.k12.or.us and include in the subject line: Request for Virtual Public Comment. Requests must be received before 8:00 a.m. the day of the meeting. Include your name, the city you reside in, and the topic in your email.

• Written Public Comments can be submitted to the Board of Directors at any time to Kelly Douglas, Board Clerk: Douglask@wlwv.k12.or.us.
