RE-BALANCING PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN WLWV:

National and District data show us primary schools enrolled between 300 and 400 students offer the most effective education. Enrollment projections through 2035/36 show all our schools can be within this range. Taking advantage of the current Frog Pond re-districting process, how can we balance our schools districtwide with minimal student disruption?
